You enter the property into the open plan living room/ dining area. The living room has 1 sofa and an arm chair, coffee table and a cabinet with the smart tv on top. The smart TV has Spanish and English television. There is a 4 person dining table in the dining area. There is both hot and cold air-conditioning in the living room. To the right of the living room is the American style kitchen equipped with hob, oven, microwave and fridge etc. Just off the living room you have the second bedroom that is equipped with twin single beds, bedside cabinet and built in wardrobes. Along the hallway you have the access out into the courtyard and up to the solarium to the left and on the right at the end of the hallway you have the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets and built in wardrobes. At the end of the hallway you have the Bathroom, in there you have a shower, toilet, sink and storage cabinet. In the courtyard there is a utility room that houses the washing machine. The Solarium has a 4 person dining set perfect for dining al fresco. The communal pool is a quick 2 minute walk along the road; it is gated and has sun loungers, parasols with a tiled surround and greenery.

There are many bars and restaurants within a 2 minute drive by La Marquesa Golf course and a Dialprix Supermarket. In the centre of Cuidad Quesada there is a large water park open from June to September, mini golf and a bowling alley. The high street of Ciudad Quesada has a multitude of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes open all year round. The nearest beach is the town of Guardamar which is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively you also have La Mata and Torrevieja further along the coastline. There are many Spanish towns around the area for your to explore (Benijofar,Algorfa,Rojales). There many golf courses within a 3 minute property but the two that are closest are La Marquesa & La Finca .

Check-in is from 16:00h and check-out is 11:00. Please be aware that any arrivals between the 21:00 and 09:00 are subject to a 30€ late meet and greet fee which is paid locally upon arrival.
