The space

You enter the property into the open plan living room/ dining area. The living room has 2 sofas, coffee table and a cabinet with the smart tv on top. The smart TV has English television. The living room also has Air-conditioning unit. There is a 4 person dining table in the dining area.
Just off the living room is the American style kitchen equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.
You exit the open plan space and enter a hallway, to the immediate left you have the second bedroom, and this has a double bed, built in wardrobe with chest of drawers and a small over bed shelf.
The master bedroom is the next door on the left and has a super king-size bed, bedside cabinets and built in wardrobe with a set of chest of drawers. The master bedroom also has an air-conditioning unit.
At the end of the hallway you have the third bedroom; this has twin single beds and there is a chest of drawers and air-conditioning.
On the right you have the bathroom, this is equipped with a walk-in shower, mirror with built in vanity lighting, toilet and sink.
Outside the property there the lovely private pool and an 8 person ratten table and chairs under a pergola with a retractable shade perfect for dining al fresco with friends and family. There are also sun loungers for relaxing by the pool. You also have access to the solarium from the terrace where there is a gas BBQ.
There is a laundry room accessed from the outside of the property with a modern new washing machine and the hot water boiler.
This property also has private parking included, which is has a car port to provide shade.
