The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need; cooking utensils and appliances including microwave, electric hob, oven, dishwasher etc. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobes and connects to an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and underfloor heating. . The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, a shared bedside cabinet and a built-in wardrobe. Both bedrooms are spacious and well-lit with natural light. The family bathroom also has a walk-in shower and underfloor heating. There is vented hot & cold air conditioning and WIFI available throughout. Outside on the terrace, there is a 6-person dining table and 4 sun loungers that have direct views of the communal pool area. The communal facilities include the swimming pool with grass surroundings, as well as a small gym and sauna area.

The apartment is located in Amanecer IX complex in Los Almendros: a quiet and central community with close proximity to a myriad of activities and amenities. The neighbourhood is close to Dream Hills and Pau 8. Local bars and restaurants are only a 10-20 minute walk away and the nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. There are 3 golf courses within a 15-minute drive (Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor) and more within a 15-20-minute drive making it a golfer’s paradise. There are many blue-flagged beaches in the surrounding area too with the nearest being a 10-minute drive away. Take a short 5-minute drive to Alicante’s largest shopping centre (La Zenia Boulevard) and experience a world-class retail therapy.
