The Space
You enter the property, and you are straight into the living room. Here, you will find a Comfortable 3-person sofa, 2 stylish armchairs, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted Smart TV, with Uk channels, above the artificial fireplace. The kitchen is located just off the living room and has built-in white goods including a hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, etc, as well as a six-person dining table. Just to the side of the kitchen, there is the downstairs W/C. From the living room, you ascend the staircase to the first floor, where the master and second bedroom and family bathroom are located. The master bedroom has a double bed , with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning, and the second bedroom has twin single beds and built in wardrobes. The family bathroom has a walk-in shower with a glass screen, toilet, and modern monochromatic vanity with sink and mirror On the second floor, there is the third bedroom with twin single beds and built-in wardrobes as well as access out onto the private solarium. There are sunbeds that can either be used on the solarium or the small garden at the front of the property, depending on the guests preference. There is both hot and cold air-conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. WIFI is available throughout. There are ceiling fans in both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for guests comfort. At the front of the property there is private parking space and a covered seating area with extendable sunshade as well as a modern deck chairs and coffee table. An outdoor dinning table can also used in the external area for dining al fresco. The communal pool is a short walk from the property, it has tiled surroundings as well as an adjoining children’s pool.
Neighborhood
Within a 10-minute walk are the bars and restaurants of as La Fuente Commercial Centre, where there is a large choice of bars and restaurants to choose from. The nearest supermarkets, Mercadona and Aldi, are both 5-10 min walk away. The famous Villamartin Plaza is a 10-minute drive or 25-minute walk from the property, which is an ideal place to spend an evening with bars and restaurants a plenty and during the summer season, live entertainment too. For guests who love to shop, Zenia Boulevard, Costa Blanca’s largest outdoor shopping center, is only a 10-minute drive away. For Golfers, there are three golf courses within a 10-minute drive – Villamartin, Campomor, and Las Ramblas as well as many more within a 20-30-minute drive. This region is rich in blue flagged beaches, Playa flamenca, La Zenia , etc, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or water sports, all within a 15 minute drive. A great base from which to explore Orihuela Costa and its surrounding areas.

Getting Around
A car is not essential; however if you choose to hire a car you can go and explore the Spanish villages (e.g. Murcia, Cartagena, Elche) close by and enjoy a drink in the plazas. The property is close to both the N332 and the AP7 so easy getting to and from both Murcia and Alicante Airports.
