The second bedroom has twin single beds and a bedside cabinet and a ceiling fan. This property has a balcony where there is a bistro table and chairs. There is Fibre WIFI and Air-conditioning (both hot and cold) is available in the living room and the master bedroom.

Less than a 10 minute walk from the property you have Celtic Isle, where you can spend the day relaxing by the pool with no need to go anywhere for food or drinks as there is both a diner and a Chinese restaurant in the complex. Via Park II commercial area is just a 15-minute walk away, you have a parade of bars and restaurants including Murphy´s Irish Pub, An Indian restaurant, A fish and chippy etc. There is one of the largest shopping malls in Europe a 5-minute drive away – Zenia Boulevard where there are shops, bars & restaurants, bowling alley, casino and supermarket. The bustling urb of La Florida is also only a 15 minute walk, this area has many bars and restaurants as well as a mini supermarket; the Emerald Isle, Waldemar’s and the Abby tavern etc. In Torrevieja, there is a lovely promenade to walk along with bars and restaurants, night market in summer season and water park. There is also a cinema with both Spanish and English films, close by to a bowling alley. Playa Flamenca Beach is the nearest beach, just 5 mins drive away from the property, however many other beaches within a 15-minute drive if you wish for variety to enjoy the Spanish sunshine. For the avid golfers, this part of the Costa Blanca has a great choice. Las Ramblas, Campomor and Villa Martin are all within a 15-minute drive but if you wish to go further afield in either direction you have La Finca, La Sirena, Roda all within a 30-minute drive to name a few.

Check-in is from 16:00h and check-out is 11:00. Please be aware that any arrivals between the 21:00 and 09:00 are subject to a 35€ late meet and greet fee which is paid locally upon arrival.
