The kitchen is a traditional gally style with a door at the end that leads to the galleria where the washing machine and boiler are housed. The living room also has air conditioning that works both hot and cold. The master bedroom has a double bed, two bedside cabinets, a built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has twin single beds, one bedside cabinets, a built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. The family bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, toilet, and sink. Both bedrooms are equipped with bed linen and towels adequate for the season. The private terrace Is located in front of the apartment where there is a lovely hanging chair and a wooden L-shaped outdoor sofa with a coffee table perfect for relaxing after a long day. The terrace overlooks the tiled communal area. Both communal pools are gated and have tiled and grass surroundings.

Local bars and restaurants are only a 10 minute walk away and the nearest supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. The nearest beach is 8 minute drive away, due to its ideal location you are surrounded by several blue flag beaches and golf courses. There is one of the largest shopping malls in Europe a 10 minute drive away – Zenia Boulevard . Where there are shops, bars & restaurents, bowling alley, casino and supermarket. In Torrevieja, there is a lovely promandae to walk along with bars and restaurants, night market in summer season and water park. There is also a cinema with both spanish and english films, close by to a bowling alley. There is a local bus route which travels around the Orihuela Costa.

Check-in is from 16:00h and check-out is 11:00. Please be aware that any arrivals between the 21:00 and 09:00 are subject to a 35€ late meet and greet fee which is paid locally upon arrival.

There is a local bus route which travels around the Orihuela Costa. In additon there is a bus which travels beween Cartegna and Alicante. Stopping at Torrevieja. For those with a car, explore the spanish villages close by and enjoy a drink in the plazas.
