General Rules

  1. Smoking is NOT allowed in the property.
  2. Pets are not permitted in the property.
  3. Do not use candles, table BBQs, fire pits etc .
  4. Always Turn off the air conditioning  lock the front door and close the windows when leaving the property.
  5. The  accommodation is  self catering and no daily maid service is provided.
  6. Enjoy your Vacation.

Keys

For your own comfort and peace of mind please ensure that when leaving your apartment/villa that all windows are closed, shutters are left down, and all doors are closed.

When leaving your apartment on day of DEPARTURE please leave the set of keys on the table and close the door firmly behind you.

Any keys lost would result in you being charged for having a new set of keys cut and any necessary call out fees.

Alarm System

  • There is NO active alarm system in the property.
  • However, if you do activate it, to unset it press 11111 or 00000

Swimming Pool

  • POOL AND GARDEN WILL BE OPEN YEAR-ROUND from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
    Please respect this schedule as there are homes very close to the pool.
    1. Children under 12 years old, even if they can swim, must be accompanied by an adult who can swim and who will be responsible for their safety while in the pool area. Use of the pool is at each individual’s own risk.
    2. Please shower before entering the pool.
    3. NO ball games or dangerous games are allowed. NO diving or jumping into the pool. NO disturbing other swimmers.
    4. NO food, glass, crystal bottles, cans, plates, or alcohol is allowed in the pool or garden area. NO use of soap, gel, or shampoo in the showers.
    5. NO littering. Please remove all items when leaving the pool and garden area.
    6. NO inflatables are allowed except for floatation devices and armbands.
    7. Pool users should not do anything that may cause danger, discomfort, inconvenience, or annoyance to others. Also, please keep the volume low for the benefit of homeowners living near the pool.
    8. NO radios or music players are allowed in the garden and pool area. If you wish to listen to music while sunbathing, you must use headphones to avoid disturbing others.
    9. NO SMOKING is allowed in the pool area.
    10. Personal items, including chairs and loungers, may NOT be left unattended overnight. Please watch your personal belongings; the Governing Board is not responsible for theft or loss of your
    items. Also, make sure chairs or loungers do not block the pool’s edge, as emergency access may be needed.
    11. Babies must wear special swim diapers at all times.
    12. Only swimwear made from appropriate materials is allowed. Pool users must be appropriately dressed.
    13. Pool access is limited to homeowners and tenants renting the properties.
    14. NO bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, soccer balls, or similar items are allowed in the pool and garden area.
    15. NO pets are allowed in the pool area.
    16. Pool gates must remain closed at all times.

Rubbish

  • Take all rubbish to the large rubbish containers in the streets around the property.
  • Ensure the rubbish is put into the rubbish containers and not in the actual street.

General Community Rules

  • Please remember to close and lock the pedestrian gates and main doors to the buildings quietly.
  • Please respect your neighbours and keep the noise to a minimum especially when leaving or arriving early in the morning or late at night. Loud music must stop by 12pm.
  • Please do not put towels, laundry items, carpets etc over balcony walls. Airers are provided.
  • Guests are not permitted to bring other people to the pool if they are not registered at staying at the property.
  • No ball games, skateboarding, cycling etc within the community
  • Dogs must be kept on a lead within the community, no pets allowed within the pool area. Clean up any mess immediately.
  • Community gates to be locked at all times. No jumping over walls.

Airconditioning

  • Please note that there are 2 vents in each airconditioned room. One blows air whilst the other sucks air in.
  • Never cover the vents.
  • How to operate using remote control:
    • Point the remote at the control panel on the ceiling in the hallway
    • Tap on the Start/Stop button and a green light should come on.
    • The remote shows the different modes options. Click for which you require.
      • Heat
      • Cool
    • Use the arrows to select the best temperature.
    • The minimum temperature for Cold recommended is 22º.
    • The maximum temperature for Hot recommended is 26º.
    • Windows and doors MUST be closed to achieve the best results from the air conditioning machine.
    • Allow 15 minute for the machine to activate.
    • Please switch off the air conditioning when leaving the property.

Electricity

  • Inside the front door entrance is a plastic door which contains the fuse box.
  • If a fuse is blown, try resetting the master fuse.
  • If this does not work: –
    • Put all fuses slowly into the down/off position.
    • Leave for 5 minutes.
    • Turn on the master switch.
    • Turn them all on slowly one by one at a time.
    • If an individual fuse blows the main circuit, leave switched off and notify the emergency number 0034 666290575.

Insects

Ants

  • To avoid ants please where possible keep foods in containers or bags.
  • Empty rubbish bins nightly to prevent any unwanted ants in your property

Mosquitos

  • It is advisable to use a repellent especially at night.
  • If you require the windows open at night due to the heat. Please ensure that you have the shutters down as this will allow the air to circulate and keep the room at a comfortable temperature whilst keeping the Mosquitos at bay.

TV

The TV is a Smart TV with Netflix,  Firestick and Spanish TV channels.

Fire Safety

  • In the kitchen there is a fire blanket and fire extinguisher.
  • There is a smoke detector on the ceiling near the kitchen area. If there is a constant beeping. Please call the office on 0034 965290575 (Monday to Friday 09:30 to 16:00) to arrange for the battery to be changed.

 Washing Machine

  • Select Rapido wash on the large dial.
  • Select the spin speed.
  • Press the button next to large dial to start the washing machine.
  • When the wash is finished, remove washing, and close the washing machine door.

Oven

  • To operate the oven – turn the first dial to the “HAND” symbol or set the timer.
  • Set the 6th dial to relevant heating section off the oven
  • The 7th dial is the temperature.
  • To operate the hob use the 2nd to 4th
  • Extractor fan is switched on by the switch by the side of the hob.

Terrace

Glass table and 4 chairs

  • Ensure the chairs are left around the table on departure.
  • The chairs must not be removed from the apartment.

Roof Terrace

  • Ensure parasol is put down each night and when windy.
