General Rules
- Smoking is NOT allowed in the property.
- Pets are not permitted in the property.
- Do not use candles, table BBQs, fire pits etc .
- Always Turn off the air conditioning lock the front door and close the windows when leaving the property.
- The accommodation is self catering and no daily maid service is provided.

Keys
For your own comfort and peace of mind please ensure that when leaving your apartment/villa that all windows are closed, shutters are left down, and all doors are closed.
When leaving your apartment on day of DEPARTURE please leave the set of keys on the table and close the door firmly behind you.
Any keys lost would result in you being charged for having a new set of keys cut and any necessary call out fees.
Alarm System
- There is NO active alarm system in the property.
- However, if you do activate it, to unset it press 11111 or 00000
Swimming Pool
- POOL RULES AND GUIDELINES/ACCESS
Access to the pool is for owners and tenants/guests only.
Opening hours: From 9am to 10 pm
1. All children under the age of 12, regardless of their swimming ability must be accompanied by an adult responsible for their safety. ALL people regardless of age use the pool at their own risk.
2. Babies must wear swim nappies and a swimming costume/trunks at all times.
3. Please shower before entering the pool. NO soap, shampoo or shower gel to be used in the pool area.
4.NO SMOKING in the pool areas at any time. Smoking in the garden area is permitted but cigarettes should be disposed of responsibly.
5. Glass items must NOT to be taken into the pool area.
6. The use of inflatables and ball games in the pool are allowed during quieter periods, however if people are trying to swim then please remove any inflatables etc until it is less busy. Please be mindful of others when playing in the pool during busy times. Recognised swimming aids are allowed at all times.
7. Pool gates to be kept closed at all times and not left off the latch
8. NO radios / music players around the pool or garden area. Should you wish to play music please use headphones. Please consider your neighbours.
9. NO LITTER PLEASE . When leaving the pool/garden areas please take your litter with you or use the bins provided.
10. Please ensure that all personal property is removed from the pool and garden area, the
committee cannot be held responsible for any loss.
Rubbish
- Take all rubbish to the large rubbish containers in the streets around the property.
- Ensure the rubbish is put into the rubbish containers and not in the actual street.
General Community Rules
- Please remember to close the pedestrian gates and main doors to the buildings quietly.
- Please respect your neighbours and keep the noise to a minimum especially when leaving or arriving early in the morning or late at night. Loud music must stop by 12pm.
- Please do not put towels, laundry items, carpets etc over balcony walls. Airers are provided.
- Guests are not permitted to bring other people to the pool if they are not registered at staying at the property.
- No ball games, skateboarding, cycling etc within the community
- Dogs must be kept on a lead within the community, no pets allowed within the pool area. Clean up any mess immediately.
- Community gates to be locked at all times. No jumping over walls.
Airconditioning
- Please note that there are 2 vents in each airconditioned room. One blows air whilst the other sucks air in.
- Never cover the vents.
- How to operate using remote control:
- Point the remote at the control panel on the ceiling in the hallway
- Tap on the Start/Stop button and a green light should come on.
- The remote shows the different modes options. Click for which you require.
- Heat
- Cool
- Use the arrows to select the best temperature.
- The minimum temperature for Cold recommended is 22º.
- The maximum temperature for Hot recommended is 26º.
- Windows and doors MUST be closed to achieve the best results from the air conditioning machine.
- Allow 15 minute for the machine to activate.
- Please switch off the air conditioning when leaving the property.
Electricity
- The electric voltage for the apartments is 230.
- Inside the front door entrance is a plastic door which contains the fuse box.
- If a fuse is blown, try resetting the master fuse.
- If this does not work: –
- Put all fuses slowly into the down/off position.
- Leave for 5 minutes.
- Turn on the master switch.
- Turn them all on slowly one by one at a time.
- If an individual fuse blows the main circuit, leave switched off and notify the emergency number 0034 666290575.
Insects
Ants
- To avoid ants please where possible keep foods in containers or bags.
- Empty rubbish bins nightly to prevent any unwanted ants in your property
Mosquitos
- It is advisable to use a repellent especially at night.
- If you require the windows open at night due to the heat. Please ensure that you have the shutters down as this will allow the air to circulate and keep the room at a comfortable temperature whilst keeping the Mosquitos at bay.
TV
The TV has Spanish TV channels.
Fire Safety
- In the kitchen there is a fire blanket and fire extinguisher.
- There is a smoke detector on the ceiling near the kitchen area. If there is a constant beeping. Please call the office on 0034 965290575 (Monday to Friday 09:30 to 16:00) to arrange for the battery to be changed.
Washing Machine
- Select Rapido wash on the large dial.
- Select the spin speed.
- Press the button next to large dial to start the washing machine.
- When the wash is finished, remove washing, and close the washing machine door.
Oven
- To operate the oven – turn the first dial to the “HAND” symbol or set the timer.
- Set the 6th dial to relevant heating section off the oven
- The 7th dial is the temperature.
- To operate the hob use the 2nd to 4th
- Extractor fan is switched on by the switch by the side of the hob.
Terrace
Glass table and 4 chairs
- Ensure the chairs are left around the table on departure.
- The chairs must not be removed from the apartment.
