General Rules
- Smoking is NOT allowed in the property.
- Pets are not permitted in the property.
- Do not use candles, table BBQs, fire pits etc .
- Always Turn off the air conditioning lock the front door and close the windows when leaving the property.
- Enjoy your Vacation.
Keys
For your own comfort and peace of mind please ensure that when leaving your villa that all windows are closed, shutters are left down, and all doors are closed.
When leaving your apartment on day of DEPARTURE please leave the set of keys on the table and close the door firmly behind you.
Any keys lost would result in you being charged for having a new set of keys cut and any necessary call out fees.
Alarm System
- The alarm system is outside the front door.
- To activate and deactivate swipe the white fob on the box.
Always use the alarm when you are staying n the property, for your own safety.
RULES OF THE RESIDENTIAL
a) Swimming pool opening hours are:
From 1st April to 31st October, from 9h to 22h.
From 1 st November to 31st March, from 10h to 19:00h.
b) Rules of use of the Swimming pool and garden area::
Showering is required before entering the pool.
The use of inflatables inside the pool is not allowed.
The use of toys inside the pool is prohibited, except for the children’s
toys in the children’s pool.
Prohibited ball games in the water and in the garden area of the pool.
Games with balls made of soft materials are exclusively allowed,
provided they do not cause any discomfort to other users of the pool or
pool area.
Animals are not allowed in the pool and garden area, not even on a
leash.
Forbidden to eat in the garden area of the pool.
Do not use glasses or glass containers in the pool area.
The consumption of drinks in plastic containers is allowed.
Children under 8 years of age must be under the supervision of an
adult.
Long hair must be tied up or fastener.
Conventional nappies are not permitted in the pool. Swim Nappies are
required for babies.
No barbecues in the common areas of the entire residential area.
Sunbeds cannot be reserved if they are not going to be used at that
time.
It is not allowed to leave towels on the grass if it is not going to be used
at that time.
The placement of umbrellas on the grass is prohibited, to avoid damage.
Sunbeds can only be reserved if they are going to be used at that time.
If they are left for more than 30 minutes, the residential staff will collect
towels and belongings, so that the sunbed can be made available to
another owner.
For safety reasons, it is forbidden to dive head first into the swimming
pools.
Smoking is not allowed in any of the areas of the Residential.
c) Rules for the use of the jacuzzi are:
Showering is required before entering the jacuzzis.
Children under the age of 10 years are not allowed to use the jacuzzi,
even when accompanied by an adult.
Children between 10 and 14 years of age can use the jacuzzi only when
accompanied by an adult.
Free access to the jacuzzi to all persons over 14 years of age.
Maximum period of continued use in the jacuzzi is 15 min.
d) The rules for buildings and properties are:
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by adults when
using the lift.
Items such as shoes, bicycles, or beach items are forbidden to be left in
hallways, staircases and common areas.
It is forbidden the installation of rental or buying signs at the facades and
terraces of the houses.
Clothes and towels will have to hang up on inside, or gallery, but never on
the hand rails.
Please make sure the door closes when entering or leaving the building
and complex.
Between 12pm at night and 8am in the morning, silence should be
maintained in the homes and balconies.
The use of bicycles, skates, scooters and/or skateboards is not permitted
inside the complex.
Smoking is not allowed in any area of the residential, neither inside
buildings or lifts.
Combustion barbecues (wood, charcoal) are not allowed on any of the
terraces of the houses, with the exception of the solariums. However, the
use of electric and gas barbecues is authorized.
e) Dogs and pets:
Those owners or tenants who have a dog, must always go on a leash
throughout the residential, without exception.
It is totally forbidden to enter pets in the pool area, with the exception of
guide dogs.
Those dogs that belong to any of the breeds stipulated as “potentially
dangerous”, must also always use a muzzle.
f) Basements:
Parking spaces are private properties. Do not park your vehicles in
someone else’s parking space.
Parking is not allowed outside the area defined by the lines marked on the
ground.
You are not allowed to leave your belongings in the parking spaces.
Always make sure that the exterior garage door is closed when entering or
leaving the vehicle.
The garage door is for vehicular use only.
Smoking is forbidden in any basement neither in the lifts.
Do not empty your vehicle’s ashtray on the garage floor, or throw papers
on the floor, please use the bins.
Vehicle maintenance works, such as oil changes, are forbidden inside the
basement.
Airconditioning
- Please note that the airconditioning is a central unit which controls all of the apartment.
How to operate using the central control panel:
- Tap on the Start/Stop button.
- The screen shows the different modes options. Click for which you require.
- Heat
- Cool
- Use the arrows to select the best temperature.
- The minimum temperature for Cold recommended is 20º.
- The maximum temperature for Hot recommended is 26º.
- Windows and doors MUST be closed to achieve the best results from the air conditioning machine.
- Allow 15 minute for the machine to activate.
- Please switch off the air conditioning when leaving the property.
Electricity
- Inside the front door entrance is a plastic door which contains the fuse box.
- If a fuse is blown, try resetting the master fuse.
- If this does not work: –
- Put all fuses slowly into the down/off position.
- Leave for 5 minutes.
- Turn on the master switch.
- Turn them all on slowly one by one at a time.
- If an individual fuse blows the main circuit, leave switched off and notify the emergency number 0034 666290575.
Insects
Ants
- To avoid ants please where possible keep foods in containers or bags.
- Empty rubbish bins nightly to prevent any unwanted ants in your property
Mosquitos
- It is advisable to use a repellent especially at night.
- If you require the windows open at night due to the heat. Please ensure that you have the shutters down as this will allow the air to circulate and keep the room at a comfortable temperature whilst keeping the Mosquitos at bay.
TV
The television is a Smart TV .
Safe
A safe has been provided for your use.
Enter 0000 to open safe
Enter your own code on arrival.
Revert to 0000 on departure.
If unable to open contact the emergency number and request someone comes and opens with a key.
If you do not revert back to 0000 there is a charge.
Fire Safety
- In the kitchen there is a fire blanket and fire extinguisher.
- There is a smoke detector on the ceiling near the kitchen area. If there is a constant beeping. Please call the office on 0034 965290575 (Monday to Friday 09:30 to 16:00) to arrange for the battery to be changed.
Washing Machine
- Select Rapido wash on the large dial.
- Press right hand button Inicio in to start the washing machine.
- When the wash is finished, remove washing, and close the washing machine door.
Oven
- To operate the oven :-
- Select the left hand button for the relevant heating section off the oven
- Select the right hand button for the temperature.
- Extractor fan is switched on by the switch by the unit.
Terrace
Sofas and chairs on terraces.
- Ensure the cushions are not left outside on departure, they should be brought into the property on departure or when raining,
- The chairs must not be removed from the villa.
Rubbish
- Take all rubbish to the large rubbish containers in the streets around the property.
- Ensure the rubbish is put into the rubbish containers and not in the actual street.
