  • We have been with Zoe and Pete and all the crew at Compass Property Services since we bought our apartment, and have always been pleased with the service provided. As well as highlighting routine maintenance needs, they are more than happy to sort the odd emergency if need be. Compass source a good number of bookings for us both in and out of season, and ensure our own guests have a glitch-free holiday as well. Monthly charges are reasonable, and they always contact us if additional costs are going to be incurred. It’s good to have someone local ‘on the ground’.

  • Compass have been managing our property since be purchased it back in 2009. Pete and Zoe and the staff at Compass give us the peace of mind that the property is in good hands and that and issue will be resolved quickly and efficiently. We have used them to manage our holiday rentals since the start and more recently, they have found a long term tenant for the property as we are not planning on visiting this year. The management charges are reasonable and we are always warned in advance should any additional costs be incurred. Rental payments are made promptly and they are always available for any advise we may require. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

  • As an owner of a property on Playa Golf 2, I needed a management company, locally, for the everyday ‘problems’ and the ‘smooth running’ of my villa. I purchased my villa ‘Off-Plan’ in 2004, at the time of buying, I had been given a name of a recommended management group.
    I contacted them and signed up with them, while waiting for the property to be constructed, I had helpful phone calls of information and how to conduct my advertising.
    So when the villa was built and ready to be let out, they found people who wanted holidays in the Sunny Costa Blanca for rental….Everything was running fine and to my expectations.
    Until April 2009, when I was informed that the company was to cease trading, the ‘disaster’ that I was imagining was soon to be short lived.
    I received an e-mail from ‘COMPASS PROPERTY SERVICES’, it turned out that they had been looking after my property all the time, because they were contracted to the company that I used and that had just closed business.
    What a relief it was to know, that ‘COMPASS PROPERTY SERVICES’ were still buoyant and working hard for property owners. I subsequently signed to them in April, I have not looked back. The people are wonderfully helpful, Zoe and Peter’s team are brilliant, they carry out the cleaning and laundry services effortlessly.
    The office staff are particularly helpful.
    They sorted out a problem with the electricity company for me and got the supply
    re-instated, they organized their gardener to tend to my villa on a regular basis and they ‘collect and sort’ any mail that arrives at the villa and deal with it accordingly. Peter even had to travel to another town to collect the keys to my mailbox, how good is he.
    The team also arranges to ‘meet & greet’ my guests on their arrival, day or night and are on hand to help with any of my guests ‘special requirements’. Such as providing baby cots and highchairs, booster seats etc, in fact, even to providing extra sun chairs, for a particular guest who had extra people arriving to visit them, that’s service for you……..
    It’s not just the everyday things that they deal with, they are also very knowledgeable on the local area, such as, where are all the amenities located ?, where are the best beaches ?, where can I go for the ’Nightlife’ ?, is there a fish & chip shop around ? and where is the best shopping center ?, etc. Not only are the people warm and very friendly, they treat you like a true friend.
    Above all else, they help to fill your holiday calendar with visitors for rent, whilst also preparing rental accounts and invoicing duties to keep my books straight.

  • Compass was recommended to us as a reliable company for letting and maintenance when we purchased our investment townhouse . Office boss Zoe, comes across as a realist, which is what we wanted, not unfulfilled promises. Communications are good with prompt correspondence usually via email as we are UK resident. They are competent having an extensive list of trade persons that are able to attend to all requirements. Last year we purchased another property which we have also given Compass to manage for us.
