General Rules

  1. Smoking is NOT allowed in the property.
  2. Pets are not permitted in the property.
  3. Do not use candles, table BBQs, fire pits etc .
  4. Always Turn off the air conditioning  lock the front door and close the windows when leaving the property.
  5. The  accommodation is  self catering and no daily maid service is provided.
  6. Enjoy your Vacation.

Keys

For your own comfort and peace of mind please ensure that when leaving your villa that all windows are closed, shutters are left down, and all doors are closed.

When leaving your apartment on day of DEPARTURE please leave the set of keys on the table and close the door firmly behind you.

Any keys lost would result in you being charged for having a new set of keys cut and any necessary call out fees.

Alarm System

  • The alarm is deactivated by pressing the pad to wake up. Enter the 4 digit number , Press the half circle logo (middle button in the bottom)
  • The alarm is activated by pressing the pad to wake up. Enter the 4 digit number , Press the full circle logo (left button in the bottom)

Swimming pools & Garden Areas.
(a) Pools should not be used between 2200 and 0800 hours or whilst being cleaned.
(b) Persons should shower and remove excess sun oil before using the pools.
(c) No glassware, crockery or any breakable item are allowed in the gardens/pools.
(d) Airbeds/flotation equipment should be used in a responsible and considerate manner.
(e) Tenants may not invite outside guests to use these facilities.
(f) No ball games or other games liable to cause damage, accident or annoyance will be
allowed.
(g) Smokers should provide unbreakable ashtrays in these areas.
(h) All litter should be removed.
(i) All objects and sun chairs should be removed from the grassed areas at night to enable
the automatic watering system to function effectively. For convenience sun chairs may
be left on the pool platforms during the night.
(j) Children up to 12 years of age must be supervised by an adult when using the pools.
(k) Topless bathing is not permitted in these areas.
2. Balcony Rails and Walls.
Articles of clothing, towels, bed linen etc must not be hung over these
perimeters. These should be hung on lines on the roof terrace provided for this
purpose.
3. Rubbish Disposal.
All rubbish should be placed in plastic bags and deposited in the waste bin situated in
the car park. Any items other than normal household rubbish must be taken to one of the
local tipping areas, and not left in the waste disposal area.
4. Overcrowding.
Owners must ensure that the number of tenants is restricted to a maximum of 6 people
including children, as per the bedroom allocation for properties Owners must inform
their letting agents accordingly.
5. Animals.
Animals should not be encouraged within the precincts of the community.
Under no circumstances should strays be fed.
6. Noise.
Owners and guests must keep noise to minimum levels after midnight, and at all times
at levels which do not cause annoyance and disturbance to neighbours.
7. Access to Properties.
Owners and tenants should utilise the gate entrance designated for their property.
8. Observance of Rules.
It is the duty of owners who are letting their properties to ensure that their tenants
comply with the Rules of the Community. The owners must provide their letting agents
with copies of the Rules. They must arrange for them to be displayed prominently in the
property in both English and Spanish, and where other nationalities are involved in a
language which the tenant will understand.

Rubbish

  • Do not leave your property without emptying the rubbish bins. If rubbish is found following your departure an additional fee is chargeable.
  • Take all rubbish to the large rubbish containers in the streets around the property.
  • Ensure the rubbish is put into the rubbish containers and not in the actual street.

Airconditioning

  • Please note that there are  independent units in the villa.
  • How to operate using a hand held remote:
    • Tap on the Start/Stop button.
    • The screen shows the different modes options. Click for which you require.
      • Heat
      • Cool
    • Use the arrows to select the best temperature.
    • The minimum temperature for Cold recommended is 20º.
    • The maximum temperature for Hot recommended is 26º.
    • Windows and doors MUST be closed to achieve the best results from the air conditioning machine.
    • Allow 15 minute for the machine to activate.
    • Please switch off the air conditioning when leaving the property.

Electricity

  • The electric voltage for the apartments is 230.
  • Inside the front door entrance is a plastic door which contains the fuse box.
  • If a fuse is blown, try resetting the master fuse.
  • If this does not work: –
    • Put all fuses slowly into the down/off position.
    • Leave for 5 minutes.
    • Turn on the master switch.
    • Turn them all on slowly one by one at a time.
    • If an individual fuse blows the main circuit, leave switched off and notify the emergency number 0034 666290575.

Insects

Ants

  • To avoid ants please where possible keep foods in containers or bags.
  • Empty rubbish bins nightly to prevent any unwanted ants in your property

Mosquitos

  • It is advisable to use a repellent especially at night.
  • If you require the windows open at night due to the heat. Please ensure that you have the shutters down as this will allow the air to circulate and keep the room at a comfortable temperature whilst keeping the Mosquitos at bay.

Fire Safety

  • In the kitchen there is a fire blanket and fire extinguisher.
  • There is a smoke detector on the ceiling near the kitchen area. If there is a constant beeping. Please call the office on 0034 965290575 (Monday to Friday 09:30 to 16:00) to arrange for the battery to be changed.

 Washing Machine

  • Select Rapido wash on the large dial.
  • Press right hand button Inicio in to start the washing machine.
  • When the wash is finished, remove washing, and close the washing machine door.

Oven

  • To operate the oven :-
    • Select the left  hand button for the relevant heating section off the oven
    • Select the right hand button for the temperature.
  • Extractor fan is switched on by the switches on the unit.

 Terrace

Outside chairs

  • Ensure that they are not removed the villa.
  • Bring cushions in at night.
