General Rules

  1. Smoking is NOT allowed in the property.
  2. Pets are not permitted in the property.
  3. Do not use candles, table BBQs, fire pits etc .
  4. Always Turn off the air conditioning  set the alarm and close the front door and all windows when leaving the property.
  5. No daily maid service is provided.
  6. Enjoy your Vacation.

 

Keys

For your own comfort and peace of mind please ensure that when leaving your villa that all windows are closed, shutters are left down, and all doors are closed.

When leaving your property on day of DEPARTURE please leave the set of keys on the table and close the door firmly behind you. The outer community gate requires keys to open, so one member of the travelling party will have to hold the gate open at the time of leaving.

Any keys lost would result in you being charged for having a new set of keys cut and any necessary call out fees.

 

 

GARAGE

  1. Parking in the garage is allowed only at the designated place, if you have not got a designated

parking place then it is forbidden to park in the garage.

Please Note: Wheel-clamping is in operation and will incur a 200€ administration / release fee.

  1. It is not allowed to stop or park by the access areas.
  2. It is not allowed for children to play in the garage. This is dangerous and may lead to accidents.

GENERAL RULES

  1. Close all doors and gates throughout the complex, leaving doors and gates forced open is

prohibited.

  1. Dustbins in the urbanisation are not for garbage of your apartment, you can deposit this garbage

into the containers on the street.

  1. It is forbidden to throw objects (such as stones, toys, cigarette ashes/butts, …) from the balconies.

This can lead to serious injuries. If damage or injury is caused the police will be notified and may

result in prosecution and or fines which could ultimately be the responsibility of the apartment

owner.

  1. Respect the sleep of others : no noise after 22:00 in winter and 23:00 in summer. Padel and

multipurpose sports pitches can be used up untill 22:00.

  1. Only the use of electrical barbeques is allowed. (except on the top floor other barbeques are

allowed)

  1. Dogs must always be on a lead when in the common areas. Dog mess must always be picked up by

the owner. Failure to follow these rules may result in a 50€ fine.

  1. Ball games, cycling, scooters, steps and skate boarding are not permitted within the Sea Senses

complex.

BRACELETS

  1. A 2-bedroom apartment receives 8 bracelets, a 3-bedroom apartment 10.
  2. It is mandatory to wear the bracelets from the age of 4 : in the swimming pool area, bar, gym,

sauna and wet sauna, and on the sport fields. When not wearing them, access can be denied to

these areas. Small children can wear the bracelet around the ankle.

  1. The colour of the bracelets will change every year. You can exchange the old ones for new ones.

Debtors will not receive any bracelets until their debt is settled. As a result, access to the

aforementioned facilities is denied.

  1. Lost bracelets can be replaced for a cost of 20€ each, with a maximum of 2 per year.

ACCESS TO SPORT FACILITIES

Who is allowed to use the Sea Senses infrastructure?

Infrastructure = swimming pools, jacuzzis, gym, sauna, wet sauna, padel field, ping-pong

table, multi-sport field, playgrounds for children

  1. Owners
  2. Tenants
  3. Family and guests of owners and tenants BUT only if they are accompanied by the

owner or tenant.

No exceptions are made to this rule !

Keyholders, cleaners, … even with bracelet and fob ARE NOT ALLOWED to come and

enjoy our facilities, if they are not accompanied by the owner or tenant.

Abuse will lead to blocking access to the gym and spa.

POOL AND GARDEN AREA – 1

  1. Reserving sun loungers at the swimming pools is prohibited. Your towels will be removed by the

staff or controller after 20 minutes.

  1. Put sun loungers back on the tiles, don’t leave them on the grass.
  2. Put sun loungers in its normal position and close the parasol when you leave.
  3. As this is a family area, topless bathing is not allowed.
  4. It is not allowed to leave personal belongings at the pool area.
  5. The gates to the swimming pool area must be closed at all times.
  6. It’s forbidden to take glass into the pool area. Only non-breakable materials are to be used for

drinking.

  1. No food in the pool/garden area.
  2. It is forbidden to smoke/vape in the pool area. Smoking/vaping is only allowed in the bar, but not

in the water.

POOL AND GARDEN AREA – 2

  1. Children of 8 years and younger must be under supervision of a responsible adult. If a child is older

than 8 years but not able to swim, a responsible adult must be present and supervise.

  1. Jacuzzi : Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
  2. The jacuzzi must be used as a jacuzzi and not as a children’s pool. Toys are prohibited in the

jacuzzi.

  1. It is not allowed to drink in the jacuzzi
  2. In the interest of hygiene, a shower must be taken before entering the pool and sun tan creams/oils

must be washed off.

  1. Only clothing designed for swimming can be worn in the pool and jacuzzi.
  2. Babies must wear swim nappies.
  3. Long hair must be tied up when in the pool.

POOL AND GARDEN AREA – 3

  1. Inflatables are not allowed in the pool. Simple swimming aids such as arm bands or small rubber

rings are permitted.

  1. No rough play, no jumping, no ball games in the pool/garden/road areas. No walking on the outside

or inbetween borders of the swimming pool.The community accepts no responsibility for any

accident or injury to any person.

  1. Ball games, cycling, scooters, steps and skate boarding are not permitted within the Sea Senses

complex.

  1. No shouting or screaming in the pool/garden areas
  2. Animals are not permitted in the pool area.
  3. Respect plants/furniture in communal areas

GYM AND SPA

  1. Teenagers under 16 years are not allowed to use the GYM
  2. Use of the gym only with appropriate sportswear, sport shoes
  3. Use of the spa only with bathing wear and bath slippers
  4. Use a towel for gym and spa
  5. It’s forbidden to use the gym wet
  6. Leave the equipment inside the gym
  7. Clean the fitness equipment after use. Cleaning products and rags are available in the gym
  8. No glass/food in the gym/spa.
  9. Keep the door closed at all times to ensure the proper functioning of the air conditioning and to

keep unwanted guests out.

Rubbish

  • Take all rubbish to the large rubbish containers which are in randomly placed on the roads.
  • Ensure the rubbish is put into the rubbish containers and not in the actual street.

 General Community Rules

  • Please respect your neighbours and keep the noise to a minimum especially when leaving or arriving early in the morning or late at night.
  • Quiet times are from 23:00 to 09:00.
  • Please do not put towels, laundry items, carpets etc over balcony walls. Airers are provided.

Remote control for garage

In the underground garage, Parking spot 230 is available exclusively for our guests. Please, only use this spot and park your car straight in the space, not to hinder any other residents.

To enter  the garage:

  • Swipe the blue disc.
  • Drive down the ramp

To leave the garage:

  • Drive towards the gate and swipe the blue disc
  • Drive up the ramp

The gates will close automatically after you

Airconditioning

  • How to operate:
    • Tap on the Start/Stop button.
    • The screen shows the different modes options. Click for which you require.
      • Hot  (Sunshine)
      • Cold  (Snowflake)
    • Use the arrows to select the best temperature.
    • The minimum temperature for Cold recommended is 22º.
    • The maximum temperature for Hot recommended is 26º.
    • Windows and doors MUST be closed to achieve the best results from the air conditioning machine.
    • Allow 15 minute for the machine to activate.
    • Please switch off the air conditioning when leaving the property.

Electricity

  • Near the front door entrance is a small cupboard door which contains the fuse box.
  • The voltage is 230 volts
  • If a fuse is blown, try resetting the master fuse.
  • If this does not work: –
    • Put all fuses slowly into the down/off position.
    • Leave for 5 minutes.
    • Turn on the master switch.
    • Turn them all on slowly one by one at a time.
    • If an individual fuse blows the main circuit, leave switched off and notify the emergency number 0034 666290575.

Insects

Ants

  • To avoid ants please where possible keep foods in containers or bags.
  • Empty rubbish bins nightly to prevent any unwanted ants in your property

Mosquitos

  • It is advisable to use a repellent especially at night.
  • If you require the windows open at night due to the heat. Please ensure that you have the shutters down as this will allow the air to circulate and keep the room at a comfortable temperature whilst keeping the Mosquitos at bay.

Fire Safety

  • In the kitchen there is a fire blanket and fire extinguisher.
  • There is a smoke detector on the ceiling near the kitchen area. If there is a constant beeping. Please call the office on 0034 965290575 (Monday to Friday 09:30 to 16:00) to arrange for the battery to be changed.

 Washing Machine/ Tumble dryer

  • The washing machine and tumble dryer are located at the rear of the kitchen behind the door.
  • Select Rapido wash on the large dial.
  • Press the panel on the right to start the machine.
  • When the wash is finished, remove washing, and close the washing machine door.
  • On completion of laundry service please lock the double doors.

Oven

  • To operate the oven:
    • turn the left hand dial to relevant heating section off the oven.
    • turn the right hand dial to the temperature required..

Dishwasher

  • To operate the dishwasher:-
    • put dishwasher tablet in machine
    • select the eco button
    • Press the start button to the left hand side.

Television

  • The TV has Spanish and international channels.

Terraces

Glass table and 6 chairs

  • Ensure the chairs are left around the table on departure.
  • The chairs must not be removed from the apartment.
