At CPM we pride ourselves in offering a wide ranging services portfolio that covers all aspects of Property Management for your home in Spain.
Depending on your individual circumstances there may be a need for a simple service that includes Key Holding, Mail Collection and Fortnightly Property Inspections.
Or it may be that you need a more comprehensive service that provides the basic and additional services such as, holiday letting changeovers, regular cleans, window cleaning, swimming pool maintenance and gardening.
In either case we will have a Management Contract that will meet your requirement.
Peace of Mind
CPM will always contact you if we feel your property needs any form of maintenance, from something small like light bulbs all the way through to garden or building work.
We will instruct our own maintenance team to carefully carry out any required tasks. In the instance that any major works are required, we will source the professionals within that field, oversee and sign off when the project has been completed and provide photographs of the finished project, so you can relax in the knowledge that any work needed to be carried out in your absence will be completed to the highest standard and at a sensible price.

Our Story
Compass Property Services is a family run business and was founded in 2005.
Our aim was to provide a professional service to private home owners and their properties whether they be new builds or re-sales. Our services began with security devices such as grilles, alarms, safes, air conditioning and central heating to name but a few.
As the company grew in both reputation and size we found ourselves being asked if we could “manage properties” for people. These requests were generally received from private clients that came to us by word of mouth and recommendations from other customers. So in early 2006 “Compass Property Services” began to offer property management as well as all aspects of property services and we have never looked back!
Our company has now taken off dramatically with us having to employ numerous staff to cope with the everyday running of the properties that we manage along with requests from our clients and their guests for additional services.
Since “Compass” was launched we found ourselves being approached by large Tour Operators, which we are now pleased to say is proving to be very successful with our ever increasing holiday bookings. We as a company have never taken our eye off the ball and we always aim to try to improve our already impeccable performances. Our success, I believe, is due to our infatuation with caring for your property and more importantly to our constant communication with our clients and guests making for the ultimate in Property Management. Our staff are also enthusiastic about our business therefore giving 110% to every requirement they receive.
