The Space
The apartment has an open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen that is fully equipped with all the necessary white goods. From the lounge, you exit out onto the balcony that overlooks the communal area. On the balcony, there is a coffee table with two comfortable reclinable armchairs and a rattan sofa. Returning to the open-plan lounge, there is a comfortable sofa with a sideboard smart TV and a 4-person table and chairs. Access to the private solarium is by the staircase located next to the kitchen. On the solarium, there is a BBQ, 2 sun loungers, a parasol, and an elevated table with 6 elevated chairs perfect for dining al fresco. There is also an outdoor shower. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed with built-in wardrobes, two bedside cabinets as well as an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has twin single beds, that can be joined together to make a king sized bed on request, a shared bedside cabinet, and a built-in wardrobe. The family bathroom also has a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink with a vanity mirror. There are vented air-conditioning and WIFI throughout. The community boasts a large communal pool with a separate children’s pool, gated children’s play area, and outdoor gymnasium.

Located just across the road from the apartment there is a small selection of bars and restaurants including a coffee shop, a small supermarket, a Spanish Restaurant (El Caracol) an Italian and a Chinese. Just across the bridge there are a few more as well as an entry point to the popular Saturday Street market. The apartment is also a short 15-minute walk in the other direction from the many restaurants, bars, shops and pharmacy in Los Dolses commercial centre. Zenia Boulevard is approx. A 15-minute walk away and the nearest beach is a 5-minute drive away. Numerous “Blue Flag” beaches are just a 5-10 mins drive, Go-Karts 10 mins drive, and a water park at Torrevieja is within a 15-minute drive. Both Alicante and Murcia Airports are within a 40-minute drive from the property.

Check-in is from 16:00h and check-out is 11:00. Please be aware that any arrivals between the 21:00 and 09:00 are subject to a 30€ late meet and greet fee which is paid locally upon arrival.
Getting Around
We recommend a car to make the most of your stay here in Orihuela Costa, however, it is not necessary as there are many amenities within walking distance.
