This is a 2 bed, 1 bathroom air-conditioned apartment in the superbly located La Cinuelica R3, Orihuela Costa. An ideal property for a perfect family holiday near the beach. As you enter the property you are lead into the lounge/dinning area, furnished with two sofas (a sofa bed) a coffee table, a dinning room table with 4 chairs flat screen tv with Spanish channels and a couple of English speaking channels, the property also has a DVD player and free Wi-Fi. Located to the left of the lounge you have the twin bedroom with 2 single beds and built in wardrobes. To the end of the lounge, on the left hand side you have the family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower and the master bedroom with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes.  There is a fully fitted kitchen with all the necessary appliances, thus leads to an external door that goes to the utility area and stairs to the private roof solarium.

The bars and restaurants are close by, but do not intrude on your peace and quiet. Within walking distance to the property you a variety of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, such as, Consum, Aldi, Patio Aldaluz with a great atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week, the Nautilus thats right on the sea front with mind blowing views.

Go-Carting along the N332, with karts for juniors, adults and Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

From Torrevieja harbor you can take a boat trip or day out.

Thereis a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis) which opens June till September, there is also a smaller water park located approx 15 minutes away in Cuidad Quesada.

Golf

Within a short drive from the property you have 4 Golf courses: La Finca at Algorfa, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Rambles, all approx 10-15 minutes drive.

Shopping

Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is one of the largest in Europe with 100’s of shops, restaurants, bars and bowling alley.

Las Habaneras shopping centre located in Torrevieja, it’s a 3 story open air shopping centre and is home to clothing/sport shops, perfumeries, hardware shops and many more. The Ozone entertain complex is just across the road, with a casino, cinema, ten pin bowling and restaurants.

Markets

There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. The 2 more local ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, and Torrevieja market which is held on a Friday.

Transport

There are two bus services an hour to Torrevieja and a local bus service to the beaches and to Cabo Roig. There is a Taxi rank at Punta Prima and we can also provide a taxi number.

A car is not essential when staying at La Cinuelica, but if you wish to explore to surrounding area we do advise that you hire a car.

Alicante airport is approximately a 40 minutes drive and Murcia airport is approximately a 25 minutes drive.
