We are proud to present this fully modernised penthouse with Panoramic views in La Cinuelica R1.
This fabulous apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom and has been fully reformed in 2021 and is now a unique home away from home. With a glazed balcony overlooking the public children’s play area and a private solarium with views out to the salt lake in Torrevieja/La Mata. The gated communal swimming pool is just across the car park and has grassy surroundings.

The space

You enter the property in to the glazed balcony area, here you have a 6 person rattan table and L shaped bench seating and 2 rattan arm chairs with small table perfect for both summer and winter sun.
The living room has an L-shaped sofa, sideboard with Smart television, air-conditioning and a breakfast bar perfect for a family of 4. To the immediate left of the living room you have the second bedroom, this has a double bed, bedside cabinets and built in wardrobe. Further along you have a hallway to the left where you have the master bedroom and Bathroom. The bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and sink with vanity mirror and storage. To the right you have the master bedroom which has a king sized bed, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes and air conditioning.
The Kitchen has a fridge freezer, hob, dishwasher, kettle etc. Behind the kitchen you have a utility room with storage, additional kitchen tools and the washing machine.
You exit back out of the property to access your private solarium; this has a 6 person dining table, 2 sun loungers, storage room and outside sink.
The communal pool is gated and surrounded by hedges to give you privacy from the road. It also has grassy surroundings as well as hard flooring on which to relax.

Guest access

There is a spiral staircase to access the apartment.

Check-in is from 16:00h and check-out is 11:00.

Please be aware that any arrivals between the 21:00 and 09:00 are subject to a 30€ late meet and greet fee which is paid locally upon arrival.
