This is a fantastic independent villa with 5 bedrooms (3 upstairs and 2 downstairs) and private  pool in a lovely quiet location. It has full air conditioning throughout all lounges and bedrooms.

Enter the property from a small quiet road and garden. On entering the main front door you go upstairs to  the lounge/ dining room. The lounge is beautifully furnished with dining table, 2 leather sofas and a TV with full English and spanish channels, DVD player and surround sound system. A  stylish fully fitted kitchen with  hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge  & freezer,and microwave.

There is free WIFI and english TV

Off the lounge is a balcony with a large outside dining table and chairs.

Leading from the lounge is a hallway which leads to a large master bedroom with ensuite. The master bedroom  has a double bed and bedside cabinets.  It has a lovely bathroom with a  shower.

From the hallway is  a large family bathroom,a twin bedroom and a bedroom with bunkbeds. All rooms have wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The family bathroom with a bath/shower.   The twin bedroom has a small balcony, where you can sit and read a book.

There are several seating and dining areas outside around the pool and the house. There is a lovely private pool.

The inside stairs  lead up to a roof solarium where you can dry your washing or sunbath in private.

Downstairs there is an independent apartment, which has 2 bedrooms, lounge and kitchenette. The apartment has a TV, DVD and sound system, with full English and Spanish TV channels.

There are clear sea views and views of the salt flats from the solarium.

Additional items…. Iron and deluxe ironing board and a clothes airer.

Bed linen and towels will be provided. There is a no smoking policy in this property and no pets, smoking is permitted outside.

The property is suitable for couples, families, golfers.

Welcome packs can be provided for your arrival, so you can enjoy a cup of tea/coffee of glass of wine on your arrival. Ideal especially for those late night or Sunday arrivals (outside of the summer period) when the shops are not open.

Walking distance from the property you have a large supermarket.

Dining

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, there is a selection of commercial centers, with a wide selection of bars and restaurants, providing amble choice with many cuisines available.

Torrevieja is just a 10 minute drive, with a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops. The promenade comes to life at night with a market selling various items, including leather goods and clothing. Just behind the market is the nightly fun fair which is open during the summer months.

Beaches

The nearest beaches are within a 5 minute drive; they are pleasant sandy beaches with beach bars during the summer months. The property is ideally located to reach several other beaches La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras, slightly further afield is the famous La Manga strip.

Days Out

Go-Carting along the N332 is a 5 minute drive, with karts for juniors, adults and Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

From Torrevieja harbor you can take a boat trip or day out.

There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis) which opens June till September, there is also a smaller water park located approx 20 minutes away in Cuidad Quesada.

Golf

Within a short drive from the property you have 4 Golf courses: La Finca at Algorfa, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Rambles, all approx 10-15 minutes drive.

Shopping

Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is located 5 minutes drive away fro La Cinuelica. It is one of Europes largest shopping malls with 100’s of shops, restaurants, bars and bowling alley.

Las Habaneras shopping centre located in Torrevieja just a 10 minute drive away, it’s a 3 story open air shopping centre and is home to clothing / sport shops (Inc Zara & H&M), perfumeries, Game, hardware shops and many more. Ample parking is provided. The Ozone entertain complex is just across the road, with a casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants.

Markets

There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. The 2 more local ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday and is a 5 minute drive, and Torrevieja market which is held on a Friday and is probably the largest market in the area.

Alicante airport is approx 40 minutes drive and Murcia airport is approx 25 minutes drive.
