The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, built-in wardrobes bedside cabinets, and air-conditioning. The second bedroom has a single bed a bedside cabinet, a built-in wardrobe, and air-conditioning. The family bathroom which has a toilet, sink with vanity mirror and walk-in shower cubical. This property also has access to a large communal pool.

Neighborhood

A short drive away there are several blue flag beaches, award-winning golf courses and the biggest shopping centre in Orihuela Costa, La Zenia Boulevard. This property is ideal for everyone as there is always something to do.
