PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

In addition to our Annual Management Contract you, as property owners, may require additional services related to the upkeep of your property.

Ensuring that your investment stays at it’s best both inside, through our cleaning and maintenance services, and outside through our comprehensive range of exterior services.


The climate in Spain is mild during the Winter-time and the need for regular maintenance of gardens, paintwork and general asthetic’s is paramount in keeping your property looking good, not to mention making sure that it’s attractive to potential rental clients.

Compass can offer a range of services for internal and external property maintenance:

1. Garden Maintenance

An untidy garden is the first thing that a potential rental client will see on entering the property. Compass can offer gardening services that range from light weeding through to a full garden landscape project. A property inspection will identify the need for garden maintenance and we can provide a quotation for general weeding etc. or, should you decide that you require more, we can propose a partial or full landscape including new plants and trees, new fencing, painting of external walls or gates and the laying of new external tiles. Should you also require new garden furniture then Compass is able to quote, supply and install this for you.

2. Window Cleaning

Spain’s weather is very dry during the Summers months and dust is a problems for all outside areas including windows. Compass offer a premier window cleaning service that can form part of the Annual Management Contract or can be taken on as needed. Clean windows make your property much more attractive to potential clients.

3. Exterior Building Maintenance

From time to time your property will need a ‘facelift’ in the way of a new coat of external paint for the walls and new paint for the security grilles and doors. If your external doors are wood then they may need to be re-varnished and the security grilles re-painted. At Compass we can provide a quotation for exterior paintwork and any works needed to the rendering or plaster-work.

4. Interior Decorating

If your property is rented out on a regular basis there will come a time when it is necessary to re-paint walls etc. Compass can offer you a service that ranges from a simple re-paint though to a complete re-decorating service that covers not only a new coat of paint but also new furniture (if required), and a new colour scheme for cushions, bed linen, pictures, throws and curtains etc. to make your property look fresh once again.

5. Air Conditioning
