General Rules

  1. Smoking is NOT allowed in the property.
  2. Pets are not permitted in the property.
  3. Do not use candles, table BBQs, fire pits etc .
  4. Always Turn off the air conditioning  set the alarm and close the front door and all windows when leaving the property.
  5. No daily maid service is provided.
  6. Enjoy your Vacation.

 Keys

For your own comfort and peace of mind please ensure that when leaving your villa or at night that all windows are closed, shutters are left down, and all doors are closed.

When leaving your property on day of DEPARTURE please leave the set of keys in the key safe by the front gate.: – Code is 2405.

Any keys lost would result in you being charged for having a new set of keys cut and any necessary call out fees.

Alarm System

  • To deactivate the alarm, enter the front door and place the remote over the centre panel behind the front door. The alarm is deactivated when green light flashes.
  • To activate the alarm, as you are leaving the property press the top left hand button on the wall mounted panel . Leave the building immediately.
  • Swimming Pools
    • 1. Opening hours of the garden area: from 08.00 a.m. to 23.00 p.m. every day

    1.2. Music timetable in swimming pool area. Summer : 10:00 to 18:00. Winter : 11:00 to 16:00.

    1.3. All users must take a shower before swimming in the community

    1.4. Children under 10 years must be accompanied by an adult

    1.5. Smoking is prohibited at the pool area.

    1.6. No glass items (bottles, glasses etc.) are allowed in the pool area or in the garden.

    1.7. Playing at the pool area is allowed, as long as you take care of the rest of the people using the pool.

    1.8. Barbeque is prohibited in the common areas.

    1.9. Deck chairs, chairs and towels must be removed when leaving the pool areas.

    1.10. Diaper or special baby swimming pants are mandatory for babies. In case of an accident with poo (children or grownups) in the pool, the owner responsible for the apartment will be charged a fine of 200 Eur to cover expenses.

    1.11. It’s not allowed to use bronzer at the pool.

    1.12. No running near the pool

    1.13. Animals forbidden in the pool and garden area.

    1.14. Respect the plants and furniture at the pool area.

    1.15. It’s only allowed to wear clothes made for swimming in the pool.

    1.16. Hair must be tied up when using the pool.

    1.17. Drinking and eating in not allowed in the pool, but on the grass area.

    1.18. Non-residents cannot access the swimming pools or common areas without being accompanied by a resident.

    Waste

    2.1. All waste must be taken to the containers outside the community. Please follow the

    instruction on each container to sort correctly.

    2.2. Larger items, which does not fit in the containers must be placed behind the Commercino Chino, where they collect larger waste.

    1. Pets are not permitted in this property

    3.1. Pets are allowed in the complex, according to the following regulations:

    3.2. It is not allowed the entry of pets in the common areas except for the entry and exit from the appartment, and always in collar (for both dogs and cats)

    3.3. It is forbidden to feed animals outside the apartments, including wild cats.

    4 Noise

    4.1. We are all here to relax. Therefore, outside music and loud noise should be minimized

    between 23 P.M and 8.00 A.M. Owners are recommended to buy rubber chairs and tables or install filt shoes to soundproof their homes furniture’s.

    4.2. Owners will be held responsible for the actions of their tenants.

Airconditioning

  • How to operate:
    • Tap on the Start/Stop button.
    • The screen shows the different modes options. Click for which you require.
      • Hot  (Sunshine)
      • Cold  (Snowflake)
    • Use the arrows to select the best temperature.
    • The minimum temperature for Cold recommended is 20º.
    • The maximum temperature for Hot recommended is 26º.
    • Windows and doors MUST be closed to achieve the best results from the air conditioning machine.
    • Allow 15 minute for the machine to activate.
    • Please switch off the air conditioning when leaving the property.

Underfloor Heating

Ensure the underfloor heating is switched off after use.

Electricity

  • In the hallway near the kitchen/bathroom door entrance is a small cupboard door which contains the fuse box.
  • The voltage is 230 volts
  • If a fuse is blown, try resetting the master fuse.
  • If this does not work: –
    • Put all fuses slowly into the down/off position.
    • Leave for 5 minutes.
    • Turn on the master switch.
    • Turn them all on slowly one by one at a time.
    • If an individual fuse blows the main circuit, leave switched off and notify the emergency number 0034 666290575.

Insects

Ants

  • To avoid ants please where possible keep foods in containers or bags.
  • Empty rubbish bins nightly to prevent any unwanted ants in your property

Mosquitos

  • It is advisable to use a repellent especially at night.
  • If you require the windows open at night due to the heat. Please ensure that you have the shutters down as this will allow the air to circulate and keep the room at a comfortable temperature whilst keeping the Mosquitos at bay.

Fire Safety

  • In the kitchen there is a fire blanket and fire extinguisher.
  • There is a smoke detector on the ceiling near the kitchen area. If there is a constant beeping. Please call the office on 0034 965290575 (Monday to Friday 09:30 to 16:00) to arrange for the battery to be changed.

 Washing Machine

  • The washing machine is located at the rear of the property from the back door by kitchen.
  • Select Rapido wash on the large dial.
  • Press the panel on the right to start the machine.
  • When the wash is finished, remove washing, and close the washing machine door.
  • On completion of laundry service please lock the double doors.

Oven

  • To operate the oven:
    • turn the left hand dial to relevant heating section off the oven.
    • turn the right hand dial to the temperature required..

Dishwasher

  • To operate the dishwasher:-
    • put dishwasher tablet in machine
    • select the eco button
    • Press the start button to the left hand side.

Television

  • The TV has Spanish and international channels.
  • Netflix

Terraces

Glass table and 4 chairs

  • Ensure the chairs are left around the table on departure.
  • The chairs must not be removed from the apartment.

Lounge sofa and table on roof

  • Ensure that the cover is replaced on the furniture at night, when rain expected or on departure.
  • Close the canopy at night or when windy.
