We were with CPM/James Holidays for over two years. Firstly they were a great help with long terms rentals and then when we sold the Apartment they handled that too. We found them extremely efficient and always a pleasure to deal with. From advertising the Apartment for rent, vetting the tenants, cleaning the Apartment, monthly checks when it was unoccupied, dealing with the Insurance Company when we had a leak and then advertising the Apartment for sale – their help was invaluable.
